My older brother is now a CEO of a commercial bank. What should I do?

This is a throwaway account. I work in a small PE shop after relationship manager at commercial bank (1.5 yrs) and actuary (1.5 yrs) in a frontier country. A year ago my brother, 4 years older than me, became a CEO of a mid tier commercial bank. Not to be an opportunist but we are very close, how he can help me in terms of my career?

My interest is to continue buy-side, although there is not many potential routes as it's small country with very few PE shops.
