Navigating social life in the city
Hi guys,
I'm graduating this year and will likely be living in the city next year. In college, I had pretty severe social anxiety (which still affects me, albeit less so) that made it difficult to make friendships.
If anyone here went through sometime similar, how did you navigate making friends in the city from a fresh start? I really appreciate any advice!
Getting my anxiety treated by a professional helped a ton. Would also recommend being friends with roommates and/or coworkers and meet their friends to branch out
