Need 1 Roommate for 3br apt ASAP

Hey,

I hate posting what I feel is an ad but my roommate and I are looking for a third person to live with us. We have a 3br/2ba flex in a BRAND NEW luxury apartment. The building is in midtown-west.

This apartment is a great deal and definitely worth much more than we'd be paying for it. Our lease would be 14 months with two months free making the effective net rent to be $1300 a month per person.

We both have jobs at stable banks and need someone who can commit ASAP.

Please PM me if you are at all interested.

505 is such a shitty place. I can't believe the amount of idiots paying $4000+ for a tiny ass 2-bedroom "convertible" apartment that's so far away from any civilization (10th avenue). I was looking for housing last month and tons of brokers tried to hawk that shitty place to me. Of course they all say the same "real-estate market is hot so you have to rent today" bullshit but they can fuck off.

You know the landlords are reserving 20% of the apartments for "low-income", Section 8 housing? Hope you don't live next to some crack-smoking single mother with 5 kids! That's something I'm sure the broker didn't talk about!
