Need Help With My Move to SF

So, I accepted the offer to go to San Francisco. Going to give my 2 weeks to my current firm on Monday. My new job wants me to start on March 21st, so I have a few weeks to figure everything out. They're only giving me $5k relocation assistance, which is fine, I can work with that. Then I'm getting $120k base and 30%+ bonus. So that's what I have to budget.

Should I try to get a short-term rental? Maybe 3-4 months? Then when new bankers start in the summer, I can try to find some roommates? In my other post some people gave suggestions about places in the city I should look into and places I should avoid. Is Zillow good for finding buildings? Not sure where I should start here. Also, not sure how I'm supposed to move all my belongings from Miami to SF. Driving a U-Haul for 3 thousand miles doesn't seem like a real option.

I appreciate any tips.
