Hello, I was able to get a lease for a really nice luxury building in prime downtown that isn't fidi. Rent is a tiny bit north of 2k but we can work something out. I need to get the lease finalized asap. Would prefer someone working at Goldman due to the perks that you will receive (free equinox).
