Never buy from Indochino
Back in February, an indochino showroom popped up in my city. I made a suit and did all my diligence prior, reading people’s reviews and it seemed like if you did the measurements at home your suit build would be off. So I made sure I went to the showroom and had the seamstress measure me. After about a month I received my suit and it looked like it was for a 12 year old. I could barely fit in it and everything was far too small and tight.
I went back to the showroom to remake it and they agreed the full suit had to be remade. Instead of remeasuring though, they instead just asked me which areas feel small based on whatever categories was on their iPad and added a few centimeters depending on the severity of tightness.
needless to say this was a failed strategy from the start and after I received my first remake, many of the same problems persisted. I went to the showroom yet again and this time asked for a refund as it wasn’t worth my time to make the 35 min drive each way for a $300 suit that fit significantly worse than an off the rack from Macy’s. They said that they can’t issue refunds and it’s not in their policy but they remake for free ( I see why). I went through the same process again and am waiting for my second remake.
I could not recommend against using this service enough, pay the extra money upfront and go to suitsupply.
TLDR: don’t buy from Indochino ever, it fucking sucks and they don’t refund you for their fuck ups when you’ve had enough. A lot of people have had success but imo there is too much variation in the process for them to consistently deliver on made to measure suits.
So.... no more weddings and funerals for you?
I'll defend them and say that the stuff I've had measured fits pretty well. Its low quality but you get what you pay for.

Had two different people measure me. Not saying my experience is universal but like I mentioned in the post, quality control is not there and no refund policy is a pain in the ass
Suitsupply is far better at making suits - they also have plenty of OTR options. Indochino repeatedly fucked up my shirts (I had five made at once - big mistake).
Have had three suits from them, never had an issue.
