Here is a banana for you.
This is oddly wholesome. I'm a fan of the 'New Member Intro' series, although I know that it'll be abused in about two seconds. Welcome to the forum, Rover. Enjoy your stay
it reminds me of some of those WSO interviews with some of the more famous site users in the past
I speak English good but it is not my first language. Your mom gave me great lessons last night. She said words I have never heard in life before. I didn't get a chance to thank her.
You will do well here
welcome boss.
once you join WSO, there's no going back. you go from "I want a job", to:
Thank you. I am currently working in a different industry. I debate working my way up doing that work or trying to branch into financial sector.
Welcome newfren, please take your complimentary Silver Banana and join the monke horde.
I am mostly interested in trying to get into a part-time or maybe remote type of work at first. I actually enjoy my current work but am interested in trying something else new and in addition to what I do now. Maybe consulting or some type of analyst. In my current position, it is not uncommon for people to have another job that they do "part-time"
Does anyone suggest any openings like this and how to get this type of job? Thank you in advance for your warm welcome to this website. Definitely a lot of tools on here but seems like some good info too.
1. finance it's not extremely friendly with WFH/remote
2. extremely hard to find some part-time consulting gigs if you're not student
Remember, GS or bust.
Thanks for advice. I do not think I will be competitive for such a position at GS. I have a bachelors degree from an online university and a 2.7gpa in management. It’s more of a prestigious university, but I do not think at that level.
I like my job and have thought about doing a masters or take a management program and good university.

do me a favor and stay the hell away from our conversation. I am here for learning and don’t want issue
