NHL Playoffs - Predictions? Playoff Bracket?

After seeing the baseball opening day thread on here.. I figured I'd start this one and see if it can gain any traction.

Who all do you think is going to the playoffs and who will be taking it all?

If there's a good site for it as I haven't looked in to it we could even get a WSO NHL Playoff bracket going too!

For me...

West
Central
1 St. Louis
2 Chicago
3 Colorado
Pacific
1 San Jose
2 Anaheim
3 LA
Wild Card
1 Minnesota
2 Phoenix

East
Atlantic
1 Boston
2 Tampa Bay
3 Montreal
Metro
1 Pittsburgh
2 NYR
3 Philadelphia
Wild Card
1 Detroit
2 Washington

The East can have a lot of positions shaken up these last few games.

I really wish that the Wings could pull off a good cup run, but I don't think they will even make it past the first round. Too many injuries have plagued the team and even as well as the young guys have done this season, the lack of playoff experience will really show.

I haven't really been able to watch as much or pay attention as much as I usually do throughout the season, but as of now if I had to, I would put my money on Boston taking it. I'll be able to watch them tonight though when they face the Wings which will either solidify that thought or have me cast doubts.

New playoff system is stupid.

Boston is looking real strong right now and they have been on a tear since the Olympics. St Louis should have a good shot as well especially with Ryan Miller backstopping them. Can't count out the hawks, if they can get fully healthy they are fully capable of back to back. I figure the sharks will get bounced early and disappoint as usual. Hoping for a team run for the Rangers

Haha, the fucking Sharks.

Couldn't agree more. Hockey is hockey. They don't need to try and be set up like other professional sports leagues. The way it was wasn't broken. Far from it. Bettmen NEEDS to go.

It'd be nice if the Rangers could make a decent run. Especially if it gets to Rangers vs Wings then I won't have to worry about missing any games!

I confess that I don't pay much attention to NHL for much the same reason as I don't pay attention to the NBA: Season is too long, the regular season really doesn't matter all that much, and the strikes/lock-outs are lame.

I would like to enjoy hockey, but here in Atlanta we chased away our team.

I think it'll be Boston vs. Anaheim for the cup. By nature of beer league team being the Mighty Drunks... I should want Anaheim to take it all, but I think Boston would still best them.
