I don't particularly like that she goes around saying not to indulge in cosmetic proceedures, all the while attaining her status with the help of those proceedures....hypocrisy pisses me off more than anything. Just say "yeah, I got a nose job or whatever and it would be great if you could accept yourself they way you are but hey, if a girl really wants to, then you're going to do it."

Wow good call. Women can use current biotechnology for personal gain and guys can't? The plastic surgery arms race has been pretty huge so far. I know guys do it, but "Ren's pecs" cartoony stuff just pops in to my mind whenever I think about it, I can't take it seriously.
Only difference I can think of is that most plastic surgery is a one time deal, maybe some maintainance work later on. Steriods are a long term thing and they have pretty bad effects on the body over time. I'd hate to think that if I had a kid they'd want a nose job, but I'd definitely not want them juicing.
