You can't share a studio unless you plan on sharing women. Or embarrassment, you choose.
More serious, $1350 is solid if you're close with the dude and don't mind the lack of privacy. It's not worth it if you can't put up with that lifestyle, simple as that. You're not going to be able to get your own room with that amount unless you live much further away though.
I'm a bit concerned because you're talking about how amazing the studio is. If you're the kind of person who appreciates nice amenities, you tend not to be the kind of person who appreciates having another dude sleeping a few feet away from you on the daily. I've shared studios with exes and best friends, and that's usually the only way it'll work. If this guy's not a close friend, you're going to get to know him a lot better for better or worse. And I prefer to choose my close friends.
