Non-finance (Tech) guy looking to work on projects for B-school students

Tech dork who's made the wrong career moves so far so don't think I'll ever be breaking into the big leagues of FAANG but still doing ok. Ever since transitioing to WFH I don't have to pretend like I'm working a full 8 hour day so I've been thinking more seriously about creating an agency to get some project based work. Since I don't have a portfolio to show off (and since there probably isn't any other sort of work happening these days anyways, not sure) I was thinking of starting off with doing work for students in b schools. Do the students in the entrepreneurial tracks ever require/complete working products (even if just an MVP)? If so, what would be the best way to reach out to them and offer my wares? TIA!
