Not wanting to teach my group members
Hey guys, so I am a sophomore in University and I am part of a outside fund. We're going to pitch a stock for a competition, and I will be handling all Valuation related items. Comps, DCFs. However, my peers don't know jack about valuation, and I know in the future they'll be asking me how to understand everything.
How would you handle this situation? I don't really want to walk them through the entire model because it's a pain in the ass to explain everything. Also, I worked extremely hard to understand and apply on the principles to just disclose everything.
Would you guys explain everything, or just walk them through the basics?
