NYC Apartment Below Market Available

Fellow Monkeys,

Anybody looking for a bedroom in midtown Manhattan? I signed a lease way below market due to a relationship and COVID-19 and I am moving out of NYC because of some career changes and was wondering if anyone wanted to sublease my unit?

The room is a decent sized bedroom (16x14ish) in a 2BR apartment on the 20th floor of a 24 hour doorman highrise building near bryant park. In building laundry, gym, 50th floor rooftop, and various lounges. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows in the living room area and huge windows with views of the empire state building in the bedroom. The kitchen/living room is furnished with top quality modern furniture and art, the private bedroom you are taking is not furnished as I will take my bed and stuff with me.

Your roommate would be another fellow WSO monkey, he works in PE, used to be a BB banker, into fitness/running, and collecting art.

Rent is ~$2,000. PM me if interested or know someone.
