I'm looking to move into a 1 bedroom in about 3 months. I'm looking for a nice, modern, doorman building - location is flexible but I'd like nice amenities if possible, though not a must (rooftop, gym, etc.) I want to stay within Manhattan below 42nd St, but location is pretty flexible other than it has to be an easy commute to Midtown, <30 minute walk or <20 minute Subway. Does anyone have recommendations for buildings to move into?
