Anyone have any idea when you should expect to hear back as to whether there was space available/you got a room?

Career Resources
There usually is always space available. Send a message to HR sometime in April asking if they had enough total spots reserved (they usually do) and that will tell you if you got a room or not. I have never met someone who wanted a room and did not get one.
