In general, if you share an office with people, you should take long personal conversations elsewhere. I do not understand how my officemates fail to realize this.
Luckily everyone in my current job is awesome, but in banking I really hated when people would constantly act like they were busy all the time.
Of course for analysts you did this to avoid being crushed but associates who acted like they were too busy when they were reading the news was pretty annoying.
I love the christian rock radio the lady at the desk next to me plays ALL DAY...

yeah. most def too fucking early. in my office they come in around 8. still annoys the fuck out of me but whateve.. def better than 5

The fact that Ryan Gosling and/or Channing Tatum are considered hotter than me...
People chewing loudly, the guy twisting his keys around all day, the girl that asks all the time to leave early to be with her dog (WTF you just started the job?!?!). Just a few to begin with.
I hate mimes. Weird fucking people. I'd like to go all Trump on their asses and send them back to whatever rung of hell they came from.
And when you take a bite of a sandwich and all of the filling-meat, cheese, lettuce-slides out. The person who made that sandwich deserves a good old fashion Singapore style caning.
The voicemail notification. Never fucking goes away. If i see a missed call - I'll call. Why the fuck would you leave me a voicemail! Email or text if leaving a message is so fucking important, that way, yours truly doesnt have to replay a voicemail to get key information.

Personally, I HATE when some don't wash their hands or spent literally 2 sec "washing" their hands in the restroom....just gross, you better not be shaking my hand after that.
Or when the guy next to my cube crushes those potato chips like an animal, gets on my nerves every time.

i hate the use of the word "bet" to refer to our factor exposures... vol bet, momentum bet, value bet etc.. i always find the word bet gives an uncertain connotation... i prefer just referring to them as exposures
