Online vs In Store Shopping

So during events like Black Friday there's always a rush of people and long lines, but overall the allure of shopping in store seems to be dwindling compared to online shopping. Overall I prefer online even though there is some delayed gratification, and you don't always know exactly what you're gonna get.

Which do you guys tend to prefer?

I never understood the appeal of going to a crowded store (early in the morning) for a minuscule discount.

But I digress.

I'm actually split on shopping. I prefer in-store for things like shoes and dress shirts; online for everything else (i.e., books, hats, lotions/soaps).

Sometimes I'll check in-store and then buy online if there's a special promotion going on outside of Black Friday. But I'm never the type to purposely wait for a sale and then buy.

Prefer online, simply due to convenience. Unfortunately, there are things that you have a low chance of getting online, so you're left without a choice.

I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing. See my Blog & AMA
