What is with some senior people who have their meetings / calls with the door open. This one director does this sometimes and talks so fucking loud I can't hear myself think and I just want to choke them out. Anyone else see this?

It's just one person here and I'm developing a major fucking psychotic hatred of them. I'm more and more thinking about how I can have one of my bouncer friends basically tear this guy a new asshole so they're incapacitated and can't come to work. More realistically, I'm actually looking for a different job because I just can't stand this person.
I'd rather have a room full of crying babies scratching on a blackboard while blowing airhorns and listening to Miley Cyrus right now compared to this person's annoying ass voice.
