How do you guys deal with oversleeping? I already have trouble getting up in the morning since I am not much of a morning person. But especially after multiple short nights in a row/an extremely short night I have so much trouble waking up. I can put on as many alarms as I want but I just sleep trough all of them…
Any tips on how to deal with this?

Sleep as much as you want as long as it doesn’t make you late or miss work/ important events. I’d rather over sleep than under sleep

No you said it properly haha. I've struggle with oversleeping too, they make these "sunlight" alarm clocks that mimic the sun gradually rising with a warm light getting brighter and brighter, supposedly helps you wake up more "naturally" that could help
The best alarm I have ever encountered is the vibrating alarm on my Garmin watch. I’ve always woken up to it. Highly recommended.
Get an alarm clock that vibrates your bed and place the clock part of it as far away from your bed as possible so that you are forced to get out of bed to turn it off.
