My first job out of undergrad took the CFO 2 weeks to get back to me with an offer letter, when I sent thank you letters the night after the interview and when I was told the day after that I "had the job".

Be patient, you're dealing with busy people who have a lot to juggle during the day. I can think of many days during the week where I'll leave work very late, get my grocery shopping in, workout, talk to friends, deal with last minutes finances, then think, "oh shit, that guy I interviewed two days ago, I need to get back to him on his offer".

SB +1 for you Sir for such a quick reply.

That's what I was thinking, but I forgot to mention that during the interview process, the whole team pretty much kept saying that they are trying to bring someone aboard (position I've applied for) ASAP, since they don't have enough hands in the group and especially since so many are doing vacations and such.

But you're totally right, I think I'm being paranoid. I just don't know if I should go ahead and follow up with at least one of them or wait 1 more week before I do so.
