Podcasts - Looking for Insight on How to Create One.
I am in the very early part of the process of creating a podcast for my education/investment business. To be honest, my high tech skills are kind of weak. So far, I have learned that one can host it on his or her own website or hire a third party like a Podbean or Buzzsprout to host it. I guess the advantages of using a third party to host would be distribution and to make it sound/look professional. There are many companies that do this type of thing. I have also discovered that editing is difficult to do with a third party host. Many people use a third party for editing such as a company like Audacity.
Could anyone here who has experience with creating a podcast share some insight? Thank you.
I’m creating an online course so video and audio - and learning how to use and edit w the software, so going through similar struggles
I know that some people use Zoom for live video courses. Is your course live or recorded?
recorded for now. using Camtasia - for screen sharing software / video editing. it’s what’s recommended. zoom is more for live video calls
At some point, you might want to do live and recorded. I think live helps your reputation while recorded helps you efficiently monetize the business
that’s the plan. and Agree on boost to rep. have already done live before COVID, but was just getting started
