Pokemon X or Y & Nintendo 2DS, 3DS, or 3DS XL?

Hi all,

thinking about getting either Pokemon X or Y and a Nintendo 2DS, 3DS, or 3DS XL. Any suggestions? Has anyone played this or have any of the systems?

Thanks in advance :)

would recommend the 3DS cause of price drop. the XL looks retarded i would also recommend Y, because of charizard Y, and the Y legendary whose name i cannot spell

.

I have a 3DS, and have never used the 3D for more than 10 minutes. It's very likely you won't actually use the 3D, but the 3DS looks SO much cooler than the 2DS. Also, I don't understand why anyone would need an XL. The whole point of a portable gaming console is that it is supposed to be small.....

X vs Y is definitely just up to preference. Take a look through the different pokemon for each version and decide off that. More people are buying X, so if you're planning to trade then Y might be better. I'm getting X (cause the legendary is SUPER cute!!!)

Is this for real?

No it's just a dream and the thread is all in your head.

As an FYI - got the XL, pretty amazing!
