Preferred sports betting platforms

What are the preferred sports betting platforms out there? I use betfair a lot because it has a bid and an offer for each outcome so you can actively trade sports events to (hopefully) the point where you can have upside on any outcome with minimal risk still on the table, and its denominated in AUD so you can also have a bit of a punt on currency deciding when to deposit / withdraw from your account. Also, what are your preferred sports to trade? I like tennis because the odds swing so much from point to point, in some of the bigger matches you can lock in 10-20% profit from a single point.
