President Trump - Investigating Google's Search Results
Recently, a story surfaced that President Trump was upset by the results he saw in Google. I guess he saw too many negative stories about himself. My impression was that he wants to launch an investigation into Google's algorithm. I am curious as to what the Wall Street Oasis people think about this issue. Which of the following would come closest to how you view this situation?
A) He must know something that we do not know. B) People who use the internet know something that he does not know. C) Google has a liberal bias and should be investigated. D) Google's market share of searches is far too high. Therefore, an investigation should commence. E) Trump's comments are a form of an adult temper tantrum.
E. Why Trump is convinced that a multi-billion dollar company would prioritize liberal bias over profits is beyond me. The guy is legitimately senile.
Do you read the news? All these tech firms have been getting blasted for exactly what Trump is accusing them of.

I’ll take a look. Love Google and their products but the company is creep AF.
Trump is upset because Google is "favoring" negative stories about him. I am confident that this is not a left wing conspiracy. These stories are popular and relevant, which is why they rise to the top.
I’m not saying his claim is true. I’m simply saying that these big tech companies have been shown to have bias. The power they have is considerable and if they are doing things with a tilt we all should be concerned.
I assume that you believe in free markets. Are you saying that this issue violates anti trust law? If Google or any similar firm has a bias( I do not believe that they are biased ), so what. No one is stopping MSNBC or FOX from expressing their biased views.
