Price of Power
Anyone know where I can find a reliable estimate of historical prices of power? I'm mainly looking for prices in the Cali region during the energy crisis in 2000ish. Figure it should be out there somewhere, just don't know where to look...
EIA has a lot of historical stuff, but it's hard to find that far back. Here's one, but it only has a monthy aggregate graph..
