PWP Piper deal terminated, ruined my chances with a girl
Incoming Piper summer analyst, lwk im talking to this girl way out of my league and have been larping im going to an EB. She was loving it since shes in finance too (going into sales & trading at a top BB, think MS/JPM/UBS) but thought i was so hot for my new EB offer... I'm really scared she's gonna start ghosting me now that the deal fell thru. Monkeys, what should I do? Should I just tell her the deal fell thru but HR decided to just place me with PWP? Or maybe hope she just doesn't hear about the news (probs unlikely). I lwk don't get much action (even tho everyone says u get so much play post-offer), so I rly need to lock her in. Plz help me fix
I would just tell her that HR moved you to PWP like you said, that's what I'm telling my friends who are non-finance since they think I'm working at an EB now
