Quick Excel Help
If I have a formula in one sheet (say it's a sum formula), is there a way to highlight the cells its pulling from if those cells are in a different sheet?
Basically is there a way to get the F2 function to work across sheets.
Thanks

This is a workaround... ctrl + f --> ! --> find all --> color code
Try "control [ " when over cell it will take you through formula process via cell.
"Ctrl + ~" reveals all formulas in all cells.

listen up noobacabras. download the macabacus macro. google it, unless you are a total idiot you are find what i am referring to. its free. once it is installed you can hit ctrl+shift+[
it will bring up pro precedents, basically what ctrl+[ does in excel, but you can cycle through all the cells the formula refers to, even on diff tabs.
macro also godsend when it comes to quick formatting, etc.
you are welcome.
Sure does. And +1 for have the most awesome username I've seen on this site.
