Quick Excel question!

I should know how to do this, but it's escaping me now. I'd appreciate any help! (SBs awarded - if you care about that!)

I have an extensive model in Excel, and I have some DSCR and net book value calculations for each month. I want to add a feature to the dashboard that will pull the earliest date if a covenant (based upon DSCR and NBV) is at risk. The two covenants don't need to be in the same formula; they can be separated.

So, I have some 60 months or so of checks on the covenants, and I may have many "No" cells if the covenant is not in accordance for a period of time. I want to pull the first date of the first "No." Hopefully that makes sense.
