My nephew is living the dream. He turned 21 recently and went to a birthday dinner with my sister and his dad at Quince. Apparently it's a 3 Michelin star place. He went to Italy for the semester to study the art of wine and cheese and just got back. Before he left, he worked at the sister restaurant Cotogna as the host. So he had met a lot of the staff at Quince as it is in the same building. They served them appetizers and then for the main course then moved them into the kitchen with abundant white truffles served by Chef Tusk. My sister said it was the best meal of her life. Sounds amazing!
