They had already said that ynder the new leadership they would reduce the size of the investment bank, so makes sense I guess, may have been pushed forward due to the recent turnoil tough
Good point on the rx - Although I reckon if this was mainly a restructuring move they would have waited a month or two for the chaos to blow over like some other banks have. Sounds like they had no option but to take the PR hit and whack the whole team at the worst possible time on video - Q1 must have been nasty
