Red Sox
This may be an odd question, but are most people in banking/trading Yankees fans or are there a decent number of Sox fans? Would this create "problems" in trading?

While most people - specifically those working in NY - are Yankees fans, there are certainly a few Sox fans.
Remember that lots of people that end up on Wall Street start from the New England area.
Problems won't happen unless you want them to. Suppose the Sox beat the Yankees to advance to the World Series, you won't really create problems unless you run around the office doing the big balls dance in front of the Yankee fans. This goes for any sports rivalry in the office.
Anyway, Go Sox. Please ditch John Smoltz already.

Fuck the Red Sox and after this weekend they will be 9 1/2 games back
