That was me with Black Ops 1. I did a bunch of Easter eggs and have like 20 days played on multiplayer. Thank goodness I stopped playing video games after high school!
One in the Chamber? Gun Game? BlOps was the bomb. And no that wasn't a Nuketown pun.
Headquarters and demolition!
Kino der toten i got to level 52 on my own. Zeus cannon / ray gun was my childhood
100% agree, I felt it was the last COD that actually provided quality content for every player. Good zombies, pubs without SBMM being ratcheted up to 11, a decent campaign, and actually releasing a game that had league play at release…
i still go back once in a while and play BO2 zombies
Just like how CoD made billions on revamped MW1/MW2, it has to be on their plate to do BO1 and BO2 again.
Tranzit was really cool. OG Black Ops is by far my fave and also the one I started out on. Anyone else reach 15th prestige on multiplayer?! Search and destroy was my shit. I still try to find lobbies on Xbox and have played quite a bit the past couple years. I miss those days being young and naïve about the world lmao, just go to school then hop on black ops.
MW2 and Black Ops were the best.
agreed
MW2 is ultimate. The original CoD 4 (MW1) was my first intro to the series, and came out when I was in high school. I'm a real sucker for that one since it was the intro, but MW2 will always remain my favorite Call of Duty game. Ironically, I never really got into World at War when it came out, which would have seemingly been right up my alley.
Would also like to point out Battlefield 2 as one of the all-timers - that was my first 'M' video game at age fourteen and I remember I had to get all A's for my parents to let me have it. I ended up getting a B - was crushed, but my pops decided to be a homie and let me grab it anyway. I had so many hours on it, fuckin' loved the storyline with the China/US/MEC subplots. Obviously, I have to give a shoutout to GTA's San Andreas, which I played religiously in high school as well. Feeling nostalgic just writing about these times!
that one is so classic. I got GTA IV in a similar situation to your Battlefield 2, but it ended up being useful for when my dad and I took a trip to NYC not too long after.
MW2. One Man army. Two set classes arranged with a ACR w/grenade launcher, danger close, respawn flare, two claymores. Pitch up at a glitch spot and spawn kill people with the unlimited grenades. Harrier/Chopper gunner/Nuke.
Hella times, especially from 2011 - 2013. I remember being a trick shooter in MW2 and BO2. I would watch FaZe or Dubstepzzz doing sniper edits on YouTube and then head back to my Xbox to replicate them. Sometimes I ask myself where are all those online friends now in life... Kinda nostalgic to get into your account and see 95% of people w/ last time active: 10 years ago.
"At some point in your childhood, you and your friends went to play together for the last time, and nobody knew it"
yep
