Hey guys. Me and 4 other friends just locked down a 3 bedroom apartment in soho for this summer. the rent is $6100 monthly, so split 5 ways it will be $1220 per month per person. The only caveat is that since there are 3 bedrooms and 5 people - one of us will get a single. My buddy offered to pay extra to get the single but we don't know how much extra he should pay. Anyone know how to determine how much extra the single should cost?
