room mate(s) needed in NYC (URGENT)
Hi everyone, I am a female analyst looking to share an apartment in Manhattan with a male or female. I am also open to living with more than one room mate. I'm very friendly, respectful, artsy, and clean.
I'm living under a budget, so I'm hoping to spend no more than $1500 per month including utilities for myself. It's very do-able in NYC, but it's a matter of finding the right room mates before I can even look for the right apartment!
I currently live in NYC, so I will have all of June, July, and even August to do the apartment hunting.
