Roommate Needed in NYC (FiDi)

I am planning on moving out of the Financial District and my awesome roommate is looking for a replacement. Please see below for details and PM me if you're interested or you have any questions.

Thanks!

Super spacious room available in beginning of March in luxury fully-equipped building in the Financial District.

A professional in his mid-20s and working at a bank in the Financial District. Ideally, a male roommate with a similar occupation and life-style would be preferable. Must be clean and tidy. Unfortunately no pets and no smoking in the apartment (Hookah is fine).

The room is the actual bedroom of the apartment and measures to over 150 sq ft (the other is a converted room), it has a big window with lots of light and great views of all of Manhattan, and closet with space.

The building is on Gold Street in the Financial District and close to all major subway lines (4/5, 2/3, ACE, NR, JZ) and has the following amenities:

  • kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher)
  • living room with TV/DVD-Blue-Ray/couch/chair/bar stools/ coffee table, bathroom, entry way with closet
  • big rooftop terrace overseeing all of New York City as well as 2 other terraces
  • 24 hour security and doorman
  • a Solarium
  • 24h gym
  • a pool
  • in-building laundry and dry cleaning service
  • a 24h laundry room
  • 3 different lounge rooms with pool tables and big screen TVs

Rent is $1595 a month. Utilities are between $70 and $90 a month.

The move-in would be for March 1st (flexible) and the lease runs until October 31st (with option to renew).
