I have a large 2br/2bath with a washer dryer in a doorman building (2175/person). It is about 1200 sqft. There are other amenities such as a gym and roof. It is located on 38th and 2nd-- which is convenient for anyone working in banking. It is fully furnished. I am ex finance currently running a luxury watch company.
The new lease begins August 25th. My current roommate is moving out around the 20th.
