WSJYou kidding me right now? You would think those Commies over in mother Russia would realize "Hey, we should probably not try and cheat THIS TIME". This isn't the old Cold War where the only way the Russians/Soviets could show their society was working was to compete at a higher level in international athletic competition and taking HGH/Steroids to do so.
