Just be like, 'Thanks for the flattery homie but you gotta cut it out, I'm straight.' Say it very aggressively if they persist. Punch them in the neck if they keep going. I've been hit on by gay dudes and solicited head and all kinds of shit and it never gets past step 1. It is not a big deal. Learn how to defend yourself and shit like this will never bother you.
