SEC to Allow Crowdfunding Stock Offerings

Does anyone else see this move opening the door to thousands of small time fraudsters?
People will learn or they'll lose their money.
There will probably be droves of business development companies using this approach.
I don't think fraudsters will be that big of an issue.
I think the SEC is going to need to hire more people to deal with the fraudsters that are going to get involved, but it can be done safely.
Anyways, IP is planning on issuing stock to create a time machine, go to the future, and bring back stock prices today. Anyone want in? :wrygrin:
