Seeking advice about EY BAP Program

I am interning with EY this summer in their BAP program. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what the internship is really like? What are the chances of getting a full time offer after the program. If a full time offer rate is high, what is the BAP 3 year program truly like? Is it a worthy investment of 3 years? Do you find yourself still being able to move up the ranks shortly after completion of the program?

Thanks in advance.
