Self enrichment activities?

What does everyone do to enrich themselves physically and mentally outside of school, work or school related extra curriculars? I know some people run marathons and triathlons so I'm just looking for activities that I could do on my free time (besides picking up a hobby, already have one) to help better myself and make myself a more well rounded indivdual.

I'm learning an additional language for "self-enrichment." It's a tough, tough process but very rewarding as you get more proficient.

+1 on learning another language. As Compbanker said, it can be tough but it's also fun and going forward, fluency in another language is always a plus.
