They have said nothing about a drug test; is it a bad idea to e-mail HR asking if there will be one?

I think it is a great idea so long as you phrase it along these lines "Hey HR, is there going to be a drug test? I know you have not mentioned it, but I figure I would ask in case I need to start studying. Thanks!"
