respect people. that means women, people different from you, people who work manual labor for a living, secretaries, etc. unless they are actual douches or have done something to you or your friends in your past, never look down on anyone. end of story. it'll make you a more successful (and a better) person in the long-run

Ban the retards and the jerkoffs. I like having women at my firm, some of whom are on here. They're all intelligent, driven, great coworkers and unlike the OP have social skills.

also, add an approval system. new users who post must have their first three approved by mod. promotes search function, reduces trolling (slightlyy). lots of posts backing up and need an answer? search function most likely will have it.

Hate to break it to you Greendoggie, but if you're up recent trends at all, women are going to college and graduating at a higher rate than men. There are more women coming into positions of power and running companies than ever before. Also, there are more stay at home dads (I hope your practicing your vacuum cleaning skills).
