Sick and tired of picking up slack from DEI hires
When will this end? It’s my second year at a BB and my class cycle and this new class cycle completely blows man. How are these people getting offers? I understand the want to get more diversity into the world of finance but maybe let’s at least hire competent analysts? I have a Hispanic VP and he’s had enough of this shit too. What im gonna start doing this coming intern cycle is just lay it into interviewees until they crumble.
There are competent individuals from all walks of life I don’t care what race or gender you are I care if I give you a model to put together you don’t come to me on a Sunday night asking 20 questions.
