Silicon Valley Drops Acid.

"The billionaires I know almost without exception use hallucinogens without exception."

Did you know Steve Jobs dropped acid?

Im sure some on the forum have experimented at one point or another in the life. Im curious to see what your opinions are on this matter. Here is the link to the article --->
Silicon Valley and Psychedelics

I though this was common knowledge. Rumors that Jobs was shroomed out when he thought of the Apple logo, etc. etc. There was even a theory going around that mystics used it back in the day to expand their mind about their inner chi, understanding God, and countless other things. No idea if that's true or not.

There was barely a moment in my 20s when I was not under the influence of some hallucinogenic, psychedelic or some other mood altering substance. Hallucinogens were my favourite, particularly LSD and DMT. I was an officer of the court at the time, so did all this illegality responsibly.

Those who can, do. Those who can't, post threads about how to do it on WSO.

Have you personally had any breakthroughs or life changing experiences through psychedelics?

Many experiences which significantly changed the trajectory and pace of my life and still influence me strongly today.

But one person's psychedelic navel gazing doesn't make for interesting posts.

Quote from Jobs himself:

“Taking LSD was a profound experience, one of the most important things in my life. LSD shows you that there’s another side to the coin, and you can’t remember it when it wears off, but you know it. It reinforced my sense of what was important—creating great things instead of making money, putting things back into the stream of history and of human consciousness as much as I could.”

Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.
