Sleep deprivation cognitive impairments reversed

Researchers have identified the precise neuro-chemical reasons for cognitive impairment due to sleep deprivation and have developed a treatment that does not involve taking a nap. Currently the drug is being tested out on rats and is funded primarily by the government for military usage.

Imagine, 5 consecutive all-nighters with nearly zero mental fatigue or sleepiness.

Expect this to become the drug of choice for junior bankers, insomniacs, and college students worldwide.

they already have that..it's called cocaine.

it's already the drug of choice for bankers at all levels.

------------ I'm making it up as I go along.

I'm scared of what they're gonna find 5 years from now in those rats. The fact is, the body needs sleep (although in varying amounts per individual needs)...and if you fuck with nature, nature fucks with you right back.

And not in the good way.
