Soylent / Huel Fans?

Has anyone here used products like Huel or Soylent regularly, or have at least tried them in this past? Seems like an interesting concept as a nutritionally complete meal replacement that could fit well with the IB/PE lifestyle (ie: very little time to cook or meal prep, frequently resorting to unhealthy fast food / fast casual options and Seamless), and would love to get some takes from this community if anyone has experience with either.

Better options that do not come in an odd powder that tastes like cement:

- Rice cooker and raw chicken (cook chicken with the rice and season how u like, can also throw in brocolli)

- When you use seamless get sashimi from a sushi place. Rice and raw salmon is always a decent option.

- Body building meal prep services: not badly priced and always healthy

- Supplements: be a normal person and just take your vitamins

- Find a healthyish restaurant on seamless and get simple things of the menu. (U can say that u have allergies for whatver type of oil they use, making them use olive oil and tell them u like a plain baked potato with nothing on it)

I would avoid powdered food items because they destroy the nutritional value and integrity of the fresh items it is made of. I would stick to Chipotle, CAVA and chopt, the food is made fresh and will provide far more benefits than processed powder.

Go ahead and JUMP!

Don’t use either, but I doubt they’re a proper replacement to a full meal. Drinking your calories is generally not recommended if you want to maintain a healthy weight: calories taken in through a drink usually won’t leave you feeling full, so you might consume too much or eat afterward.
