Yeah of course, people do it currently. Probably about $1MM and $100K/year respectively.

But seriously, it is possible. What is not possible is to answer your severly limited question. I mean first off, where in the world do you want to produce wine? That will impact your land costs and your variable costs and determine your revenue (based on quality of wine etc). No way anyone can answer this for you, so do some searching first.

 

That's one of my possible goals for retirement/freedom 45. Make my bucks in the next 20 years, spend my last 50 years making wine. Livin' the dream.
