I would rather go with the mathematical finance but that depends on the rigour. I would choose that mostly because you can meet prerequisites of more rigorous master programs if undergrad doesn't work out.

 

Statistics is irrelevant to AM or IBD, but very relevant to prop trading. Mathematical finance will probably have the best generalists' toolkit, but I have no idea what the program at your school is like. Just my $.02
