Struggling with understanding benefits after 3 years in Dubai
I’ve been in Dubai for over 3 years now and I’m not sure what the exact benefits would be if I resign. Some colleagues told me it depends on whether the contract is limited or unlimited.
I checked a site that does the math automatically: UAE gratuity calculator. The numbers make sense, but I’m still not 100% sure.
Has anyone here resigned after 3 years? Did your final settlement match what you expected?
